Please read below for our full shipping policy and detailed information about Advance and Pre-orders, including those from The Weverse Shop/Makestar/JYP etc.

Please note that during the busy period of Nov-Dec, processing for orders may take up to 5 working days. Delivery by Royal Mail may also be delayed during this busy time, so please plan your purchases accordingly.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

The last date for advance order delivery in the UK is Monday 2nd Dec 2024. Advance orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to reach the recipient in time for Christmas.

The last date for in-stock order delivery in the UK is Friday 13th Dec 2024. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to reach the recipient in time for Christmas.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes! We will post orders to anywhere in the world. The countries applicable are listed when you enter your shipping address at checkout, although there may be some places where shipping is not possible.

We take every possible measure to ensure that your items are suitably and safely packaged whilst being handled by us.

What are your shipping/delivery fees?

We only use Royal Mail as our delivery courier (not any others such as EVRI, DHL, UPS).

UK - shipping is free for orders over £50 using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (correct as of 2 March 2024).

Orders that are under £50 will incur a shipping fee (please see prices and Royal Mail delivery options at checkout).

 

You can also collect your order for free from our North London, UK premises (this option can be selected at checkout and full address provided with the collection instruction email).

Outside of UK - shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the Royal Mail options selected.

Please note there may be additional customs charges/fees that apply for these deliveries. These are determined by your country’s customs office and beyond the control of London Kpop Street. We also do not know the fees that you will have to pay; you can obtain this information by contacting your local customs office directly.

For overseas parcels, we recommend selecting the 'tracked' option to allow you to monitor the status of your order once posted.

​

When will I receive my order?

For delivery in the UK of in stock items - we will post your order in 1-3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend (including Bank Holiday weekends) will be processed and posted on the next earliest working day(Mon-Fri).

You will receive an automatic email when your order has been posted (or is with Royal Mail). For further delivery update,s please check your email inbox/spam folder from Royal Mail.

**WARNING - if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email from us, please be cautious of potential scam emails that you may receive saying you have "missed your parcel delivery".

For overseas delivery of in stock items - we will post your order in 3-5 working days. Please note that international delivery times will vary due to customs regulations in each country and delivery could take up to 2 weeks after dispatch.

​

PLEASE NOTE - even with a tracking service, there may be delays from Royal Mail which are beyond our control once the order has been dispatched. Any issues after dispatch must be raised with Royal Mail.

​

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order.  If you find an error with the address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order so that we may rectify it before posting your order.

We cannot refund/replace orders where parcels have not been received due to the incorrect delivery address being provided at checkout (and where we haven't received an email from you to make any amendments).

What are your Royal Mail postage options?

For deliveries in the UK - you can choose from tracked24, tracked48, with or without signature. Please refer to the Royal​ Mail website for estimated delivery times for these options.

For deliveries outside the UK - you can choose from Europe/International standard (these are not trackable), or Europe/International tracked (recommended). Please refer to the Royal Mail website for estimated delivery times to your country.

GENERAL ORDERS

I've changed my mind - can I cancel my order?

Yes you can!

For in stock items, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order (before we process it). If your order contains advance order items, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order so that it may be cancelled in time.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders after they have been posted, but if you would still like to cancel the order after receipt of goods, please email us to arrange a return and refund.

Can I add more items or change items after placing an order?

Unfortunately, you cannot add more items or change items to an order once it has been placed. A new order will need to be placed; please note that additional delivery charges may apply.

​

Can I order several copies of the same item?

We reserve the right to restrict the number of orders placed for the same item to 5 copies per item. This is to allow those items in high demand to be accessible to as many customers as possible before they go out of stock.

​

If I order more than one copy of an album, will I get the same version?

We will always send different versions, but if for any reasons we cannot, we will email you about this before posting your order.

​

I have received my order, but the outer film cover is damaged. Can I get a refund?

Sadly, we do not offer refunds for outer film packaging damage as these are protective coverings for the main contents inside. Some minimal damage is to be expected when items are handled during packaging and processing from their original manufacturing source and during delivery. 

​

I have received my order, but there is damage to items inside the box/album, OR there are items missing from inside the box/album. Can I get a refund?

Sadly we cannot always offer refunds for items that were damaged/missing inside the box/album. We send merchandise in their original sealed packaging as they arrive from manufacturers, therefore we cannot know the state of the items inside. (Nor do we open sealed merchandise.) Therefore, any damage/omissions would have been caused at their manufacturing source in Korea.

You can still email us a picture of the damaged item and we can try to bring it to the attention of the manufacturers. Please note that this does not guarantee a replacement/refund being offered.

Can I receive posters unfolded with my order?

All​ posters are sent folded unless otherwise requested. If you would like your poster unfolded, this will packaged separately in a tube for which there is an separate postage fee charge. We will send you a separate invoice for payment of this postage fee.

PRE-ORDERS

When will my pre-order arrive?

Pre-order albums are sent to us from Korea the next working day from their release date and usually take 5-7 working days to reach us, but please note this does not take into account other factors that are beyond our control, e.g. short notice stock unavailability, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, delays in courier delivery etc.

Once your pre-order has reached us, we will pack and post it to you as soon as possible and you will receive an email confirming this when done.​

Will I get all my pre-order benefits when I place a pre-order?

We usually receive all available POBs for all pre-orders, but these are always subject to availability by the manufacturers and are out of our control. Where POBs are limited in quantity, we will send them to customers in order of when the order was placed.

*The Weverse Shop special gifts are subject to availability from them and not guaranteed regardless of when the pre-order is placed. We will inform you by email if we have not received the special gift from Weverse gift for your order.

Can I still get pre-order benefits even if I order the album after its release date?

We always include any POBs that are still available with orders placed after the release date, but please note that there is no guarantee of availability.

*The Weverse Shop special gifts are subject to availability from them and not guaranteed regardless of when the pre-order is placed. We will inform you by email if we have not received the special gift from Weverse gift for your order.

I've made a pre-order for an album with the Weverse/exclusive special gift. Is the album priced differently because of the special gift?

Pre-order albums which contain special gifts come from The Weverse Shop/JYP/SM Store etc. are priced differently by these companies themselves, hence the difference in price from our other suppliers.

​

Do you offer specific album versions for pre-orders?

Unfortunately, random album versions are sent to us from Korea and therefore we cannot offer specific versions when you place your pre-order. However, you are welcome to leave us a note at checkout requesting preferred version(s) and we will do our best to fulfil it (please note this is not guaranteed for the reasons above). If you send us a range of 2-3 choices, we may be able to send you any of these!

When is the last day to pre-order an album?

Due to the time difference between UK and Korea, the last day & time to pre-order is usually one working day (i.e. Mon-Fri) before its release date (3pm GMT or 4pm BST). Please note that pre-orders are shipped to us from Korea the next working day after the release date.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

No problem! For pre-orders, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order so that other customers may have a chance to purchase the item before it goes out of stock or before we have processed it.

ADVANCE ORDERS/MIXED ORDERS

What are Advance Orders?

You would purchase an advance order when an item is not currently in stock, but will be included in our next restock shipment. Once received, we will process and post your order in the usual way.

Placing an advance order for an out of stock item ensures that the item you want is brought in by us within a known time frame and guarantees you a copy before it sells out. It also prevents you waiting and regularly checking to see if an item comes back in stock with us.

If there is no option to select 'Advance Order' for an item, it means it is no longer available to purchase, but we will update our website if this changes.

When will my advance order items arrive?

We usually place our restock orders every week and your order can typically take 14 working days to reach us from the date of placing the order. Once your advance order has arrived, we will post it to you as soon as possible and you will receive an email when done. If you have placed an advance order and would like to know the status of your order, please email us.​

​

There are occasional instances where album dispatch may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control and very rarely may go out of print at the time of placing the order.

​

I've changed my mind - can I cancel my advance order?

Yes you can - please see our general orders section above for information about cancelling advance orders.

​

What will happen if the items I ordered are subsequently not in stock?

There may be rare occasions when the items you have ordered go out of stock after placing the order and before being dispatched to us. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible and refund your order. Or you may replace it with another item of similar value where applicable.

Can I combine in stock items, advance order items, and pre-order items in a single order?

Yes you can, however, please note that all items in the order will be dispatched to you once the last item has been received. To avoid waiting for in stock items to be posted, you may prefer to order these separately.

​

Can I choose the album version in an advance order?

As with pre-orders, we cannot choose the versions that are sent to us from our suppliers in Korea. You can make a request at checkout and we will do our best to fulfil it, but please note this is not guaranteed. If you send us a range of 2-3 choices, we may be able to send you any of these!

If I want to return my items after receiving them, can I get a refund?

WEVERSE SHOP/JYP ORDERS

I'm looking for specific music label merchandise, but can't see it on your website. Can I still order these items from you?

Yes! Please email us with which item(s) you're after - we will let you know about availability and when you can order your request from our website.

My Weverse Shop/JYP order hasn't arrived yet.

Items that come directly from The Weverse Shop/JYP usually take longer than our usual processing times as per their own shipping policy, but rest assured your order is on the way unless we email you otherwise.
