Shipping & Payment Policy

Please read below to find out about our shipping policy, and detailed information about Advance and Pre-orders, including those from Weverse Shop.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes! We will happily ship to anywhere in the world. The countries we deliver to are listed when you enter your shipping address at checkout. However please note that sadly there may be some places where shipping is not possible.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage to packaging caused during the International or Royal Mail delivery process. We do however strive to ensure that your items are in excellent condition whilst being handled by us.

What are your shipping/delivery fees?

UK - shipping is free for orders over £45 using Royal Mail (2nd class).

For orders less than £45, there will be a shipping fee (see prices and Royal Mail delivery options at checkout).

Outside of UK - shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the Royal Mail options selected).

Please note - there may be additional customs charges or fees that may apply for deliveries outside the UK. These are dictated by your country’s customs office and beyond the control of London Kpop Street. We also do not know the fees that you will have to pay as they are determined by your country’s government. You can obtain this information by contacting your local customs office directly. We recommend the tracked option to allow your order to be tracked once posted.

When will I receive my order?

If the delivery address is in the UK and the items are in stock, we will post your order to you in 3-5 working days using Royal Mail as per the delivery option selected**. Orders placed over the weekend (including Bank Holiday weekends) will be processed and posted on the next earliest working day.

If the delivery address is outside the UK and the items are in stock, we will ship them out to you within 3-5 working days. Please note that international delivery times will vary due to customs regulations in each country and delivery could take up to 2 weeks after dispatch.**

**even with a tracking service, there may be delays from Royal Mail which are beyond our control once the order has been dispatched. Any issues after dispatch by us must be raised with Royal Mail, however, we are happy to help with tracking where possible.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order.  If you have made a mistake with the address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order so that we may rectify it before shipping. Once you have received our dispatch email, you can request the reference number to track the delivery of your parcel.

We cannot refund/replace orders where parcels have not been received due to incorrect delivery address being provided at checkout (and where we haven't received an email from you to make any amendments).

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major Visa credit and debit cards.

GENERAL - ORDERS

Can I order several copies of the same item?

We reserve the right to restrict the number of orders placed for the same item to 5 copies per item. This is to allow those items in high demand to be accessible to as many of our customers as possible before they go out of stock.

I am a group order merchant. Can I order from you?

We are happy to supply your albums for you - please email us with your request and we will try to fulfil as best we can.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?

That's fine as long as you email us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk (so that it can be cancelled and refunded before it has been shipped).

Can I add more items after placing an order?

Unfortunately, you cannot add more items to an order once it has been processed at checkout. A new order will need to be placed for additional items (additional delivery charges may apply).

 

I have received my order, but the outer packaging is damaged. Can I get a refund?

Sadly, we do not provide refunds for outer packaging damage as these are protective coverings for the main contents inside. Some minimal damage is to be expected when items are handled during packaging and processing from their original manufacturing source and during delivery. 

 

I have received my order, but there is damage to an item/items inside the box/album. Can I get a refund?

We are very sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for items that were damaged prior to reaching us.

We send merchandise in their original sealed packaging and therefore cannot know or do not handle the items inside. Therefore, any damage to these items would have been caused during their manufacture at their source.

Please still feel free to email us with a picture of the damaged item and we can try to bring it to the attention of the manufacturers in Korea. Please note that this does not guarantee a replacement being offered.

I have received my order, but there is an item missing from album. Can I get a refund?

We are very sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for items that are missing as this is a manufacturing defect. We send merchandise in their original sealed manufacturer's packaging and therefore cannot know or do not handle the items inside.

Please still feel free to email us regarding this. Please note that this does not guarantee a replacement being offered.

PRE-ORDERS

When will my items arrive?

The delivery of pre-order albums from Korea to us is on its release date. Orders usually take 5-7 working days to reach us, but please note this does not take into account other factors that are beyond our control, e.g. short notice stock unavailability, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, delays in shipping from Korea.

Once your pre-order has arrived, we will post it to you as soon as possible.

Can I still get pre-order benefits even if I order the album after its release date?

We will always include any POBs we receive to our customers, but please note that all POBs are subject to availability and we can only pass on what we receive ourselves.

Please note that Weverse Shop special gifts are subject to availability from them and out of our control. We will inform you if, for any reason, we have not received the special gift from Weverse gift for your order.

I've made a Pre-Order for an album with the Weverse/exclusive special gift. Is it priced differently because of the special gift?

Pre-order albums which contain special/exclusive pre-order gifts come from Weverse Shop or other Korean outlets which specialise in sourcing special POBs. These are priced a bit higher by these suppliers compared to pre-order albums which come from our regular suppliers, hence the difference in price. This price difference is reflected in our special gift products (it is not because of the special gift itself). Also note that POBs are subject to availability and we cannot offer a refund for pre-order albums which do not include the expected special gift POBs. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I choose the album version in a pre-order?

Although we would like to give all our customers the album versions they would like, unfortunately, we cannot choose the versions that are sent to us from our suppliers in Korea. You can make a request at checkout and we will do our best to fulfil it, but please note this is not guaranteed. If you send us a range of 2-3 choices, we may be able to send you any of these!

When is the last day to pre-order an album?

It is usually one working day (i.e. not Sat/Sun) before its release date as this is when pre-orders are finalised by suppliers in Korea.

ADVANCE ORDERS

What are Advance Orders?

These are orders placed in advance for items that are not in stock with us at the time. They can be ordered and paid for in the usual way, and we will include them in our next restock shipment.

You can still email us to request any merch which cannot be found on our website and we will let you know if we can bring it in for you (a number of our customers have ordered from us this way!).

When will my items arrive?

We usually place our restock orders every 2 weeks and would expect it to be delivered in 7 working days after that.

In this case, the delivery window for your order is expected to be around 21 days from the date of placing your order (although it is typically sooner). 

If you have placed an advance order and would like to know the status of your order, please do email us.​

Please note there may be factors beyond our control, e.g. short notice stock unavailability, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, and delays in shipping from the country of origin. Once your pre-order has arrived, we will post it to you as soon as possible.

What is the advantage of placing an Advance Order?

You don't need to wait to find out when an item is back in stock and you are guaranteeing yourself a copy of the item when you place an advance order, especially useful if it is a popular album that gets sold out quickly.

What will happen if the items I ordered are subsequently not in stock?

There may be rare occasions when the items you have ordered are not in stock at the date of ordering and before being dispatched to us. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible and your order cancelled and refunded (or replaced with another item of similar value where applicable).

Will all my items in stock, advance order and pre-order items arrive at the same time?

All your items should arrive at the same time if ordered within the same ordering window. If some items in your order are not in stock, you will be refunded the amount paid for these items and the remaining items will be dispatched as described above.

Can I combine in stock, advance and pre-order items in my order?

Yes you can! However, please note that in stock items will be dispatched to you once your advance order and/or pre-order items have arrived. You may want to order in-stock items separately to avoid the wait.

Can I choose the album version in an advance order?

WEVERSE SHOP ORDERS

I can't see Weverse Shop merch on your website that I want. Can I order these items from you?

Yes! Please email us with which item(s) you're after and we will let you know about availability and when you can order your request from our website.

My Weverse Shop order hasn't arrived yet.

Items that come directly from Weverse Shop usually take longer than stated above to reach us as per their own shipping policy, but rest assured your order is on the way unless we email you otherwise.
