Please read below the terms and conditions of our subscription box service and FAQs.
DELIVERY & PAYMENT
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we will happily ship to anywhere in the world. The countries we deliver to are listed when you enter your shipping address at checkout. However please note that sadly there may be some places where shipping is not possible.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage to packaging caused during the International or Royal Mail delivery process. We do however strive to ensure that your items are in excellent condition whilst being handled by us.
What are your shipping/delivery fees?
UK - shipping is free for subscriptions (Royal Mail 2nd class).
Other paid Royal Mail delivery options are available at checkout.
Outside of the UK - shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the Royal Mail options selected).
Please note - there may be additional customs charges or fees that may apply for deliveries outside the UK. These are dictated by your country’s customs office and are beyond our control. We also do not know the fees that you will have to pay as they are determined by your country’s government. You can obtain this information by contacting your local customs office directly. We recommend the tracked option to allow your order to be tracked once posted.
When will I receive my order?
New subscription purchases made between the 16th and the end of the month will be dispatched on the 20th of the next month. If the 20th falls over a weekend or bank holiday then boxes will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK orders - these should be received within 2-3 days for 2nd class shipping and 1-2 days for 1st class shipping.
Please note that, even with a tracking service, there may be delays from Royal Mail which are beyond our control once the order has been dispatched. Any issues after dispatch by us must be raised with Royal Mail, however, we are happy to help with tracking where possible.
I haven't received my order yet.
There may be many reasons for this - please email us to request an order update.
Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order. If you have made a mistake with the address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order so that we may rectify it before shipping. Once you have received our dispatch email, you can request the reference number to track the delivery of your parcel.
We cannot refund/replace orders where parcels have not been received due to incorrect delivery address being provided at checkout (and where we haven't received an email from you to make any amendments).
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major Visa credit and debit cards.
I have received my order, but the outer packaging is damaged. Can I get a refund?
Sadly, we do not provide refunds for outer packaging damage as these are protective coverings for the main contents inside. Some minimal damage is to be expected when items are handled during packaging and processing from their original manufacturing source and during delivery.
I have received my order, but there is damage to item/items inside the box/album. Can I get a refund?
We are very sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for album contents that are damaged prior to reaching us.
We send merchandise in their original sealed packaging and therefore cannot know or do not handle the items inside. As such, any damage to these items would have been caused during their manufacture at their source.
Please still feel free to email us with a picture of the damaged item and we can try to bring it to the attention of the manufacturers in Korea. Please note that this does not guarantee a replacement being offered.
I have received my order, but there is an item missing from the album. Can I get a refund?
We are very sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for items that are missing as this is a manufacturing defect. We send merchandise in their original sealed manufacturer's packaging and therefore cannot know or do not handle the items inside. You are still welcome to email us regarding this. (please note that this does not guarantee a replacement being offered.)
What are the subscription options?
We offer one-month, three-month, and six-month subscriptions. There are savings when taking out longer subscriptions compared to the one-month subscription.
Can I place a subscription for longer than 6 months?
We offer a maximum of 6 months for our subscriptions to give you the option to cancel at any time without any long-term obligation. This also allows you to subscribe again at a later date if needed.
Will I still receive points from my subscription on my customer rewards account?
Yes! We will transfer points from your subscription purchase to your customer account so you can enjoy redeeming them at your next purchase. (please note that points cannot be redeemed for subscriptions.)
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by logging into your account ('my subscriptions)'. If you have any queries, please email us.
Please note that subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.
Can I cancel my order once placed?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, if the cancellation is made after the 15th of the month, the order will be processed in the usual way and dispatched on the 20th. The subscription will be cancelled from the following month.
When is the last day to purchase a subscription to receive the items in the same month?
Please purchase your subscription by the 15th of the month to receive the items in the same month.
Can I purchase a subscription after the 15th of the month?
You can purchase a subscription at any time, however, for those purchased after the 15th, the order will be dispatched the following month.
What if I receive an album I already own?
No problem, we are happy to replace it with another album for free! (Please note that we cannot replace non-album items). Please email us with your order number and details of the album to be returned.
How old will the album be?
With the frequent release of new albums by Korean artists, we think there is still a joy to be had in discovering the more 'vintage' albums, but the albums sent will not be more than 2 years old from the release date.
Will I receive pre-order albums?
Unfortunately, we cannot send pre-order albums as part of the subscription package, Pre-order albums can be purchased in the usual way on our website.
Will the cost of the individual album be less than the monthly subscription if bought separately?
All our albums are competitively priced, and similarly, our subscription prices are also competitively priced so the album you receive will be less than if purchasing the album separately. The same applies to the beauty products.
