Pop-up Shop Terms and Conditions
We have a visitor booking system to be in line with the current UK government guidelines regarding social distancing. All visitors to the shop must wear a face-covering whilst inside the shop (this may change after 19 July 2021).
1. Early Bird Discount (5%) - first 25 bookings made via our bookings page. See T&Cs below
2. Student Discount (10%)
3. Tag on TikTok Discount (5%) - tag @londonkpopstreet on your TikTok video.
4. Bring a Friend - get an extra raffle ticket for our Raffle Draw.
5. Free Customer Gift for purchases made in-store (whilst stocks last).
6. Customer Raffle - all in-store purchases will be entered into our raffle draw (2 prizes - 1st & runner-up).
How do I get to the pop-up shop?
The address is 5 Hastings Street, London, WC1H 9PZ (original shop is called Atelier Tammam).
Landmark is RNIB at the corner of Judd Street and Hastings Street.
The nearest London Underground stations are Kings Cross, Russell Square, Euston Square (each is 10 minute walk approx.)
Can I book more than one visiting slot?
Yes, you are most welcome to as long as there are spaces available. (Please note that only one booking will be eligible for the 5% early bird discount.)
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We have a 24h cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please us at least 24 hours before your booked time slot so that we may make the time slot available for someone else in enough time. If you inform us with less than 24 hours, or do not visit our shop at the chosen time, then you may incur a £5 cancellation fee.
Will everything that is available online be available in the pop-up shop?
Yes! Albums, jewellery, posters, BT21 merch, postcards, clothing and more!
You can even make pre-orders on the day.
Can I order online and collect at the pop-up shop?
Yes! Please select the "Click & Collect - pop up shop" shipping option at checkout.
Can I use more than one promotion?
Only one promotion may be used per day. No other promotions can be used in conjunction with each other or combined together.
How do I redeem my Student discount?
Anyone who shows a current and valid UK student ID will be entitled to 10% off which can be used in store only on Sat 28/Sun 29 August. The discount is applicable to one whole order purchased per day.
How do I redeem my 'Tag on TikTok' 5% off discount?
Applicable to only one video on a person's account which tags londonkpopstreet. You will receive a 5% off coupon which will be sent to your TikTok account inbox and can be used online or in store on 28th/Sun 29th Aug. The discount can be applied once only to one whole order.
How do I redeem my 'Early Bird' 5% off discount?
The first 25 bookings made by different individuals will be eligible for a 5% discount code which will be applied to purchases made in store on Sat 28th/Sun 29th Aug. Only one booking per person is eligible for this discount. Any additional bookings made by the same person will not be eligible (even if on a different day).
What is the free customer gift?
It will contain K-pop merchandise with an LKS design, and will make a great keepsake!
What are the terms and conditions for the Bring a Friend promotion?
You will receive an extra raffle ticket for every friend of yours who books a slot to visit our pop up shop on either or both days. It will be one ticket per friend regardless of the number of slots booked. You or your friend will have to give your name when at the shop to get the extra ticket for yourself (upon purchase of at least one item from the shop).
This does not apply to online purchases.
This does not apply if visit bookings are later cancelled by your friend(s).
How will I find out if I have won the raffle draw?
We will select a winner randomly and notify them by email shortly after pulling out the raffle tickets.
What are the prizes in the raffle draw?
The winner's prize will include a selection of K-pop merchandise worth approximately £30.
The runner up's will include a selection of K-pop merchandise worth approximately £10.
More information will be given nearer the time on our website and social media.
Can I make an order on your website and collect in store?
Yes, you can collect in-store for free on Sat and/or Sun - make sure you choose 'collect in-store' on the shipping options at checkout. Orders can be collected during the first hour of our shop being open. Please book your slot on the pop-up shop page.
When is the last day to place Advance orders to collect in store?
You can place your advance order by Saturday 31st July midnight to ensure that it will arrive in time in store and avoid any delivery charges.
Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?
Yes you can. If you purchase your order in store on Sat 28th Aug, you can return it in person on Sun 29th Aug with no extra charge (please contact us so we know to expect you).
If you purchase your order in store on Sun 29th Aug and want to return it on the same day, you can do so with no extra charge (please contact us so we know to expect you).
