How do I join LKS Loyalty Program?

You can join for free by clicking the 'login' section at the top of the website.

How does the loyalty program work?

For every £ 1 you spend on our website, you will automatically earn 5 points. Every 100 points earned will allow you to redeem £1 off your next purchase. You can earn extra points by becoming an LKS member, following us on Instagram, and following us on Twitter.

How do I check how many points I have earned and can redeem?

Check the blue rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen - it will show you how to earn points, how many points you have earned, how much you can redeem, points history, etc.

Points earned may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

How soon can I redeem my points?

As soon as you have enough points earned from your previous orders, you can redeem them on your next order.

Can I redeem my points for pre-orders and advance orders?

Yes! You can redeem your points as you wish as long as you have enough to earn discounts.

Please note that you cannot earn points for e-gift cards purchased.

What items can I redeem my points for?

Your discount will apply to all items purchased online. It cannot be used for delivery/postage fees.

Can I use more than one discount coupon for the same order?

Only one discount code may be used for each order.

Is there a minimum spend to earn points?

Yes, you must spend at least £15 to earn points.

How do I redeem my points?

Check the rewards icon on the bottom left of the screen - you will be given a unique code that you can use for your next order at checkout.

Can I transfer my points to my friend's or family member's account?

Please ​email us if you would like to do this and we will try our best to help if possible.

Can I choose how many points to redeem?

Yes, depending on how many points you have earned, you can redeem as many points as you like. The points used will be removed from your previous total and any new points earned will be added to your updated total.

Do points expire?

Your points will not expire whilst you have an account with us, but if your account has been inactive for more than 24 months since your last transaction, your account will be cancelled and all remaining points removed.

What happens when I cancel an order?

The points earned on this order will be automatically removed.

I used a discount code by accident, can I reverse this action?

If you have redeemed your points by accident, please email us within 24 hours of making the order so that we can re-allocate these points.

If we receive your email 24 hours after making the order, then sadly we will not be able to re-allocate the redeemed points.

Discount is applied automatically at checkout once the discount code has been applied.

Ten albums have to be purchased in the same, single order.

Applies to in stock albums, advance order albums, pre-order albums.

There is no limit to the number of times the coupon is used as long as 10 albums are purchased in a single order.

Only one code may be redeemed at checkout at any given time.

I have subscribed to you. What emails will I receive?

We email our members and subscribers a monthly newsletter with updates and latest promotions. On rare occasions, we will send more than one email a month if we have exciting news to share! You may also receive emails regarding your membership status where applicable.

Can I unsubscribe?

Yes you can do this anytime. Please log in to your account and select My Subscriptions to unsubscribe.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can do this anytime.

Please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk informing us that you would like to close your account.

When you close your account, all points earned will be removed and cannot be transferred to any other account.
