Shipping & Payment Policy

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes! We will happily ship to anywhere in the world. The countries we deliver to are listed when you enter your shipping address at checkout. However please note that sadly there may be some places where shipping is not possible.

 

What are your shipping/delivery fees?

UK - shipping is free for orders over £40 using Royal Mail (your choice of 1st or 2nd class).

For orders less than £40, there will be a shipping fee (see prices and Royal Mail delivery options at checkout).

Outside of UK - shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the Royal Mail options selected).

Please note - there may be additional customs charges or fees that may apply for deliveries outside the UK. These are dictated by your country’s customs office and beyond the control of London Kpop Street. We also do not know the fees that you will have to pay as they are determined by your country’s government. You can obtain this information by contacting your local customs office directly.

When will I receive my order?

a) If the delivery address is in the UK and depending on the volume of orders, processing and dispatch can take 1-3 working days, with delivery expected 3-5 working days after dispatch** (although this is often done much sooner!) Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next earliest working day.

b) If the delivery address is outside the UK, depending on the volume of orders, we will ship them out to you within 3-5 working days. Please note that international delivery times will vary due to customs regulations in each country and delivery could take up to 2 weeks after dispatch.**

**Please note - even with a tracking service, there may be delays from Royal Mail which are beyond our control once the order has been dispatched. Any issues with delivery after dispatch must be raised with Royal Mail, however, we are always happy to help with tracking where possible.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct at time of placing the order.  If you have made a mistake with the address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order so that we may rectify it before shipping. Once you have received our dispatch email, you can request the reference number to track the delivery of your parcel.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major Visa credit and debit cards.

ADVANCE ORDERS:

What are Advance Orders?

These are orders for out of stock items that can be requested and paid for in advance and we will include your ordered items in our next stock ordering round. This option is currently available for albums, light sticks, BT21 merch, BT21 Baby merch, TinyTan merch, personalised clothing (in progress) and personalised jewellery (in progress).

You can still email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk to request any merch which cannot be found on our website and we will let you know if we can bring it in for you (a number of our customers have ordered from us this way!).

When will my items arrive?

It can take up to 21 days for all items to reach us in the UK from dispatch from South Korea and after going through customs checks. This does not take into account other factors beyond our control, e.g. short notice stock unavailability, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, delays in shipping from the country of origin. We will let you know as soon as your orders arrive and are ready for dispatch to your address.

What will happen if the items I ordered are subsequently not in stock?

There may be rare occasions when the items you have ordered are not in stock at the date of ordering and dispatch to us. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible and asked if you would like the order cancelled and issued a refund, or if you would like to wait until the item/items return in stock. If it looks like the item/s may not be available for an unacceptable length of time, then you will be given a full refund and your order cancelled.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?

That's fine! As long as you let us know by emailing info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk at least one week before our date of ordering, we will issue a full refund.

Can I add more items after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed at checkout, you cannot add any more items to it. A new order will need to be placed for additional items (delivery charges may apply).

Is there a cut-off point for when I can change my order?

Yes, you can change your order up to 7 days before our date of ordering. This is to allow us time to process any refunds if necessary. Please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk

 

Is there a cut-off point before you don't accept any more orders?

Yes, we will accept orders up to 24 hours before our published date of ordering.

 

Will all my items arrive at the same time?

All your items should arrive at the same time if ordered within the same ordering window. If some items in your order are not in stock, you will be refunded the amount paid for these items and the remaining items will be dispatched as described above.

 

Can I combine in stock, wishlist and pre-order items in my order?

Yes you can! However, please note that in-stock items will be included with your advance order and/or pre-order items for dispatch. Therefore you may want to order in-stock items separately to avoid the wait.

 

If I want to return my items after receiving them, can I get a refund?

PRE-ORDERS GENERAL

When will I receive my pre-ordered item(s)?

All pre-order items can take up to 21 days to be delivered to us in the UK from date of ordering (unless otherwise stated). Please note there may be factors beyond our control that may cause delays. However, when the items arrive, we will process your order as soon as possible and dispatch as per our delivery policy above.

Pre-order Bracelets (LA BOUCLETTE @ LONDON KPOP STREET)

  • Please note that PRE-ORDER bracelets are shipped from South Korea and are subject to longer delivery times, depending on demand. 

  • If you place an order of 5 or more of any of the 'La Bouclette @ London Kpop Street bracelets', you will receive your order in 1 - 2 weeks from the date of order.

  • Orders in the quantity of less than 5 of the 'La Bouclette @ London Kpop Street' bracelets' will take around 4 weeks to be delivered from the date of order.

  • All delivery times are estimates as they are subject to current restrictions due to the Covid pandemic, which may affect shipping at the time of order. 

  • If we have any issues with processing or delivering your order, you will be issued a full refund.

  • We will keep you updated on the status of your order, but if you have any queries you can contact us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk and we will gladly assist you.

LKS e-GIFT CARD POLICY:

  • Once purchased, the e-Gift Card(s) will be emailed to the Buyer (at the email address provided in the ‘Add a note’ box at checkout) as a pdf file containing an individual coupon code and the expiry date. The Buyer can then print and write a message on the space provided before giving it to the Recipient. Alternatively, the card can be emailed to the Recipient by the Buyer. 

  • Physical Gift cards or prints of the Gift card are currently not available.
