What can I do if I make a mistake with my order?

That's not a problem! As long as you contact us ASAP (ideally within 24 hours of placing the order) by emailing us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk. If the order has not already been shipped then we can amend your order as per your ‘amend order’ email. Please state your order number when emailing us.

 

I need to return my purchase - can I do this?

Yes!* To return your item, please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk

Returns are accepted and full refunds are given only if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt and they must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

Please note that we will not accept returns/exchanges on purchased food items or jewellery (please see jewellery return policy below).

Refunds will then be issued to the card you paid with as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which are non-refundable.
*If you buy 5 or more copies of the same item, we will only be able to refund 50% of the total price paid for the items.

Can I return clothing?

Yes, but only if the item (s) returned to us within 14 days of receipt is/are in an unmarked, undamaged and unused condition in its original packaging (re-saleable). We will only provide a full refund if the return meets these standards upon inspection. Please email us before informing us of the reason for return and we will provide return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

What if I purchase the wrong size clothing?

If you have tried on your purchased clothing and find that you need a different size, please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk so that we can check if we have the size you need in stock. 

 

We will be happy to accept the returned item as long as it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in an unmarked, undamaged and unused condition in its original packaging (re-saleable). Please email us (info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk) to inform us with your order number and the reason for return and we will provide return instructions.

 

We will only provide a full refund if the return meets these standards upon inspection. Refunds will then be issued to the card you paid with as soon as possible.

Can I exchange a purchased item?

Yes! We will exchange any item (except for food/jewellery) as long as the item returned is in the condition as stated above and availability of stock.

Please note that processing and delivery of the item to exchange may take up to 7 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

My purchased item was damaged or incorrect. What can I do?

Our items will always be in excellent condition before dispatched to you. Unfortunately, any minor damage which may be due to the handling of the delivery service is out of our control.

 

If we make a mistake with your order, we sincerely apologise and will happily exchange items as long as they are in a re-saleable condition, with free delivery.

Please email us (info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk) with your order number, details of the item that you would like to return and photographic proof of damage/wrong items sent.

Advance Order Refund Policy

Stock Unavailability - whilst do everything we can to ensure your purchased items are available when you place your advance order, they may become out of stock from our suppliers in South Korea at short notice. In this case, we will notify you of this immediately and you will receive a full refund.

If you require a refund for any other reason, the same terms and conditions described herein apply as with other in-stock items purchased.

Jewellery Refund Policy

If we have any issues with processing or delivering your order, you will be given a full refund.

  • If you change your mind about your order, please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk within 48 hours of placing the order. 

  • Please note that once your order has been made or dispatched, we do not issue refunds or allow returns on jewellery products in the following cases, if the item/items:

- is/are not in its/their original condition or packaging

- is/are damaged

- has/have missing parts which are not due to any error on our part

- is/are returned after 30 days of receipt

- is/are delivered to the incorrect address

- is/are unclaimed by recipient at delivery address

- was/were not able to be delivered due to absence of recipient from delivery address

If you have any problems with your order once received, please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk within 30 days of receipt of your order. We at London Kpop Street and La Bouclette will do our very best to find a solution to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase!

Please Note:

BEFORE returning any item to us for a refund/exchange please contact us to confirm that this will be possible.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the item has already been ordered by us, however, once you receive the item you can follow our refund policy as above.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason as stated in our terms and conditions. However, we will notify you of any order cancellations by email ASAP.

 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to assist you!

LKS e-Gift Card Policy:

  • e-Gift Cards, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, store credit or another e-Gift Card, except in the case that London Kpop Street Ltd ceases to trade, whereupon the buyer may contact us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk to arrange a refund before the expiry date of the e-Gift Card.

  • The risk of loss and title for e-Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the e-Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

  • There is a 7 day cooling period for the purchase of e-Gift Cards. If you would like to cancel the e-Gift card purchased and receive a refund, please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk within 7 days of purchasing the e-Gift card. After 7 days the e-Card cannot be refunded.

  • For purchases made using the e-Gift Card, the refund policy remains the same as with all purchases made at www.londonkpopstreet.co.uk
